Our apartments are situated on the front line of the Poniente beach and all
rooms have a sea view.
Our excellent location is peaceful but at the same time
only a minutes walk to the centre of the old town of Benidorm
where you will find plenty of shops, bars, restaurants,
bus services and banking facilities.
The Poniente promenade commences at Elche Park, (renowned
for its white doves and beautiful palm trees) which is situated
across a small one-way street in front of the apartment
block. From this park you can commence fantastic walks beside
the sea.
Every apartment has central heating, butane gas for cooking,
electricity, television with some satellite channels,telephone
with exchange, bedlinen and towels.
The apartment block has 2 lifts, 7 floors and there is
wheelchair access. The reception is manned 24 hours a day.
